A recipe/memories book is being created as part of the commemoration of Leask's 100th birthday.

We hope to include some artwork (black and white sketches) contributed by past and present residents of the Leask community. If you wish to donate a sketch or two, it would be gratefully appreciated!

Some ideas for the artwork that we hope to include are: landscapes with past and present buildings, country schools, churches, businesses in Leask (both past and present), machinery/ automobiles, harvest scenes, sketches of antique articles and drawings depicting people from the past ten decades. Although the actual size of the book has not been finalized, sketches that are either 5"x 7", 6"x 9", 4"x 6" would all work. Please sign your work. We have set August 31st, 2011 as our deadline for any submissions.
